UK 2016 Great Fire of London Silver Piedfort £2
200 'Great Fire of London' Piedforts available
This brand new Piedfort issue has been struck to commemorate the 350th anniversary of the Great Fire of London in 1666.
Piedforts are struck on superior double-thickness blanks - normally in sterling silver and finished to the very highest proof finish. There’s a dramatically noticeable weight difference when you hold them too – and visually – they’re a real talking point.
Importantly, only a tiny fraction of all UK coins each year are struck in this way.
Limited to just 3,500 worldwide, we have just 200 of these stunning coins available for collectors which are being offered on a strict first come, first served basis.
