One of Britain’s best-loved Christmas characters is back on an official UK 50p.

For 2026, award-winning illustrator Robin Shaw has created a brand-new design showing The Snowman and James decorating a Christmas tree together - a festive scene that brings the magic of Raymond Briggs’ much-loved story to life.

Struck to Brilliant Uncirculated quality, the coin features Martin Jennings’ official portrait of King Charles III on the obverse.

And to make it even more special, your coin is presented inside an official Snowman™ Greetings Card, with space for your own Christmas message - perfect for gifting or adding to your own festive collection.
