This coin has been struck from .999 Sterling Silver to a Proof finish and features selective 24 Carat Gold-plating which really extenuates the beautiful reverse design by Quentin Peackock. His design takes inspiration from the coronation elements, such as the orb and spectre, as well as the Leek, Thistle, Shamrock and Rose: Symbols of the UK and Elizabeth Tower.

Proof is the preferred finish by collectors as it requires immense craftsmanship to achieve. The mirror-like result sharpens the design and removes any imperfections.
