The George VI 1937 Proof Collection

  • £1,250.00

Before the Coronation of King Charles III, the last British King was crowned in 1937.

And to celebrate George VI’s Coronation, The Royal Mint issued an exclusive collection of Proof coins.

Just 20,901 sets were issued, and only a small number still exist.

But, just a handful of Westminster Collectors can secure one for their collection today:

  • Comprised of eleven Silver coins, a coveted set of Maundy Money, the penny, halfpenny and farthing and the first ever brass threepence.
  • This is a collection full of limited-edition issues that historic coin enthusiasts around the world desperately scour the secondary market for.
  • Issued to commemorate a remarkable historic milestone – one we have only seen once since.
  • Demand for this set is incredibly high- rarely entering the secondary markets.
  • In fact, your coins are available today in the original luxury Royal Mint presentation case
  • LIMITED NUMBER AVAILABLE - incredibly rare opportunity

But considering the scarcity of these historic pieces, this set must be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
