Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we are a UK based company but we deliver worldwide!
How do I know what the price is in my home currency?
Our prices are given in GBP by default, but you have the option to display them in a currency of your choice. On a mobile or tablet device you will find this option in the Menu. Please note, these prices are indicative only and based on live exchange rates provided by XE.
How much do you charge for postage?
The postage charge is automatically calculated based on real time rates. Simply add the item(s) to your basket and fill out your address details to view the postal options available to you.
Generally, deliveries to international addresses take a minimum of 5-7 working days. However, please don't be concerned if you have not received your order within this timeframe as it is not unusual for shipping to take slightly longer for certain areas. If it has been more than 14 days since receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us and we will investigate further: enquiries@westminsterinternationalshop.com
Can I track my delivery?
Due to the nature and value of the items in our store, we will only ship your order using a trackable courier service. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Will I need to pay any import duties or taxes?
As a customer living outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and tariffs required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary around the world. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
What is a proof coin?
Proof is the highest grade of finish found on collectable coins. Proof coins are produced using a specially prepared die which strikes the coin several times to create a high quality frosted and mirrored finish and enhanced definition.

What happens if I miss my delivery and it's returned to you?
If you’ve missed your delivery and the shipping company returns your order to us, we’ll try to send it to you once more free of charge. If it returns to us a second time we’ll refund your order (original shipping costs are non-refundable). If you still want the item you’ll need to re-order at this stage.
