Still has not arrived

45 days later I still have not received this order and I don't seem to be able to contact the company to track this order... emails keep bouncing back.

This coin was a Christmas gift for my son who still has not received at the end of January.

I am very disappointed with this service.

I'm very sorry you haven't received your item or been able to get hold of us. Can I ask what email address you've been using? This is normally the best one to get hold of us on: enquiries@westminsterinternationalshop.com

If that's the one you've been using let us know and we'll take another look at why the emails may have bounced back.

I've had a looking at the tracking details for your order and it seems to have been received at our local post office on the 6th December but nothing has been updated by Royal Mail since so we must assume it has been lost by Royal Mail. I'm really sorry about that, we can offer you a refund or replacement if you could let us know which you'd prefer?
